TERMS OF DELIVERY FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

ORDERING

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is submitted by paying the items in the shopping cart using the online shop’s check out functionality. When placing an order, you accept these Terms of Delivery, the product prices and shipping costs. If an e-mail address is provided in connection with the order, a confirmation of order is submitted by e-mail. The confirmation of order contains a list of the ordered products and their prices.

PURCHASING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FROM DIFFERENT VENDORS

At the Finnish Wellbeing online shop, you can purchase products and services from various vendors.  The vendors send the ordered products and determine the shipping costs individually. Product-specific shipping costs are stated on the product page.

PAYMENT

The online payment service used by the online shop is provided by Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4) which is registered with the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The client is transferred to the payment process via Visma Pay’s online service, and Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payee in the bank statement and invoice. Visma Pay transfers the payment to the online vendor. The payment is secure as all data concerning the transaction is transferred using encrypted connections to prevent access by external parties. PAYMENT METHODS

The Visma Pay service enables payment with online banking credentials, digital wallets, payment cards (credit/debit) and by invoice or hire purchases. The following payment methods are available: banks OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Savings Bank, Savings Bank, Aktia, POP banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken and Ålandsbanken; digital wallets MobilePay, Masterpass and Pivo; payment cards Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard; Jousto invoice and instalment service; and Enterpay invoice services for companies.

MobilePay: You can pay with MobilePay digital wallet if you have enabled online shop payments in the application’s settings. Payments by MobilePay are charged from the connected payment card. If charging the payment card fails, MobilePay cannot be used as a payment method at the online shop.

Jousto is a Finnish invoice and instalment service that enables swift and secure payment. Jousto is aimed at private individuals with impeccable credit rating. Jousto provides 30 days of payment time free of interest and expenses. After receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay in full or in instalments. You can choose up to 36 instalments starting from EUR 9.90/month. Jousto instalment involves a payment of EUR 3.90/month and a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can use Jousto for payments of EUR 30–3,000. Aurajoki Nordic Ltd acts as the creditor. Further information about Jousto is available at www.jousto.com.

DELIVERY

Each vendor and service provider are independently responsible for managing their online shop, agreeing on the delivery of products and services and shipping the orders. If your order includes products or services from different vendors, you will be delivered more than one package or service.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES

Finnish Wellbeing vendors determine the delivery costs and times of their products and services independently. The delivery cost and time of a product or service is stated in the product or service description. 

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

In general, we deliver products and services across the world. However, each vendor determines the delivery areas of their products and services individually. Product-specific delivery areas and costs are stated on the product page.

CHANGING AND CANCELLING ORDERS

If you wish to cancel an order prior to its delivery, please contact the vendor whose products you have ordered. Complete the Finnish Wellbeing exchange and return form concerning the order you wish to cancel. The vendor refunds the product price to your bank account after the product has been returned in appropriate condition.

If you wish to make changes to an order prior to its delivery, please contact the vendor whose products you have ordered. The vendor’s contact information is stated in connection with the product at the Finnish Wellbeing online shop. 

PRODUCT RETURNS

If you find a product unsuitable, you have a right of return of 14 days starting from the day of receiving the product. 

Services are subject to a right of return of 14 days starting from the date of purchasing the service. If the provision of the service has already been started, the vendor has the right to withhold a reasonable compensation for the services already provided.

For corporate customers, service orders are binding and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

The returned product shall be unused, fit for sale and, where possible, in the original packaging. When returning a product, please complete the Finnish Wellbeing exchange and return form first. After completing the form, send the product to the vendor’s address stated in the confirmation of order. Include your name and order number in the package.

The client pays the shipping costs of the returned product. The foregoing does not apply in cases of complaint. The vendor will refund the product price to your bank account after receiving the product and inspecting its condition.

The refund is always paid to the bank account or credit or debit card used for the purchase.

Please note that failing to collect a package from the post office is not considered a product return. Product returns will not be accepted if the exchange and return form has not been completed. The vendor’s e-mail address is stated in connection with the product at the Finnish Wellbeing online shop.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

You have a right of exchange of 14 days starting from the date of receiving the product. The client pays for the exchanged product’s shipping costs, unless otherwise specified by the vendor. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact directly the vendor selling the product. The vendor’s e-mail address is stated in connection with the product at the Finnish Wellbeing online shop.

In order for the exchanged product to be eligible to be sold again, it must be unused, fit for sale and in the original packaging.

Please send any complaints by e-mail directly to the vendor whose product or service the complaint concerns. The vendor’s e-mail address is stated in connection with the product at the Finnish Wellbeing online shop.

REFUNDS

Refunds are always paid to the same bank account or payment card you used for the purchase. Refunds are not available for other payment methods.
